• Cards that “cannot be negated” can never be interrupted, prevented, or negated. For example, Michael cannot be interrupted by Holy of Holies or King of Tyrus. Moreover, Ananias is allowed to band to Sapphira even when blocking a rescue attempt by The Strong Angel.
• “Cannot be negated” abilities cannot be negated even by other “cannot be negated” abilities. For example, consider Michael (N.T.) attacking and Simon the Magician blocking. Both characters cannot be negated. If Simon the Magician plays Net, then Net takes full effect. Michael cannot play Flaming Sword to negate Net because enhancements used by Simon the Magician cannot be negated. Michael is taken prisoner.
• Asherah Pole cannot be prevented by artifacts and fortresses that have “prevent” special abilities (e.g., Jerusalem Tower, Hezekiah’s Signet Ring, etc.) if one or more of the Heroes in battle are from the O.T. Asherah Pole overrides the “prevent” special ability of artifacts and fortresses under this condition.
• If Michael is in battle with Household Idols active, The Second Seal bands in any non-banding Heroes, including cards that are “play by the numbers” (e.g., The Strong Angel) Michael is not a banding card so he can enter battle. Once in battle, his enhancements cannot be interrupted. Banding enhancements can be played and cannot be negated if played on Michael. However, Heroes with banding special abilities may not enter battle because they have no effect with Household Idols active.
• If Gathering of Angels is played with Michael and I band him to Ira, silver enhancements would take effect on Michael because Michael cannot be negated, but blue enhancements would not take effect on Ira, because Ira prevents them.
• Banding cards cannot be interrupted on Korah (e.g., Siege), even when banding is prevented (e.g., Benaiah or Household Idols). However, Korah cannot band in ignored characters.
