Jerusalem allows “Chief Priests, Pharisees, and Sadducees to gain 1/1” when blocking a rescue attempt at the site. Chief Priests were members of the leading High Priest’s families and holders of various offices relating to the priesthood. They are given the title of “Chief Priests” in the Bible.
